What counts as a request?
Anything sustainability-related that lands on your desk: a rating platform such as EcoVadis, a customer's supplier survey, a retailer's packaging template, a bank asking for a VSME report, or a coworker in sales who needs last year's emissions by Friday.
What does it cost?
One fixed annual price for all your certifications and questionnaires.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
You pay one fixed annual price for all your certifications and questionnaires. AI does the drafting, so the expert time goes into checking and judgement. And everything we collect stays in your private evidence file, which gets more complete with every request.
How is this different from ESG software?
Software gives your team a tool to do the work in. We do the work. You do not need to learn a platform, set up integrations or find the hours: you send the request and what you have, and you get the finished deliverable back.
Is this AI or a person?
Both, in that order. AI drafts from your own documents, which makes the work fast and affordable. A human ESG expert then reviews every answer against its sources, corrects what needs correcting and signs it.

What exactly do I get?
The finished deliverable: the answered questionnaire, the completed template or the filled-in report, ready for you to review and submit. Every value points to the document it came from. Anything we could not evidence is on a gap list, and for standard documents you are missing (a policy, a code of conduct) you get a ready-to-adapt template.
Who signs, and what does that mean?
One of our senior ESG experts, Peter van der Reijden or Wouter Staal, reviews the whole deliverable against its sources and signs it off. It means someone accountable has checked every answer before you see it.
You stay the account owner: you review the final version and you submit it.
What if we are missing documents or data?
That is the normal starting point. We work from what you have, chase what is missing with your coworkers and suppliers, estimate what can be soundly estimated and label it as an estimate, and list what is missing in order of impact.
What happens to our data?
Your data is stored on European servers (Infomaniak, Switzerland) and processed by European AI (Mistral), under GDPR. It is kept separate per client and used only for your own work. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.
Can you guarantee a score or a medal?
No. EcoVadis, CDP and B Lab determine scores and outcomes independently. What we can do is make sure every question is answered properly, every answer is backed by the right document, and you know exactly which gaps cost you points.
Are you live?
Yes. We are taking on a small group of founding customers now. That means you work directly with the founders, who do and sign your work, on founding terms that we honour as we grow.
